Its been a while since I’ve done a yearly blog post so I’ve put together a bunch of my favourite portraits from some recent good times! So many trips down memory lane putting this together… Weddings from Coffs Harbour to Toowoomba and everywhere in-between. So many amazing days shared with awesome couples!! Makes me feel even more grateful to do what I do!! Thanks to all the legends that let me take their photos 🙂

Seeing them all together it makes me realise how much I love black and whites and trying to use light in more interesting ways.

One of the most important things I try to capture at weddings is the connection between people and not just the connection between the bride and groom. The connection you have with your family and the connection you have with your friends. Sara and Luke gave me so much opportunity to do this, especially their connection with their family.

They had their wedding at Braeside Chapel on the under the massive tree in the gardens. After a few photos at the venue we headed to Gold Coast botanical gardens, which is one of my favourite spots to shoot on the Gold Coast, with such a great variety of options.

We headed to Surfers Paradise Golf Course for such an emotion packed reception that ended with Sara performing a song for Luke.

Stoked to be a part of this day and for being reminded how important family is! Thanks Sara and Luke!!
